Venues Displayed on VFISH

We had hoped that this would never be necessary, but due to recent posts on the Lavaboy forums, the issue of venue and venue items being owned by the creator and hence subject to copyright has now been brought up and hence the legal aspects need to be met.

VFISH acknowledge the artistic copyright that UK and most International law automatically grants the creator of images at the time of  creation and images will not be displayed without the creators consent.
Copyright of angler records are not covered here.
VFISH will actively seek the permission of creators to display their venue pictures (Peg Pictures).

We are immensely grateful to all the creators that have given VFISH permission to display their peg graphics - Thank You.

New permissions are granted all the time - please keep checking back.

The table below lists known venues and each venue is marked as:

GRANTED: Permission GRANTED to VFISH to display venue graphics by the creator identified on the official FSDOWNLOADER
GREEN BOLD text indicates that VFISH are currently displaying records and graphics for these venues and are acceptable in VFISH Competitions.
DENIED: Permission DENIED to VFISH, by the creator identified on the FSDOWNLOADER, to display venue graphics.

PENDING: Permission request sent to known contact details.
            OR With the greatest of respect, Permission to display graphics cannot be obtained for these venues.
            OR Users Email Server responds "Disk Quota Exceeded", "User Unknown on this Server" or other email failure notice .
